HISCUS groups its work into four public pillars. Nothing has been retired to make the structure tidy. Every documented activity sits beneath one of them.

Explore Culture, Environment & DialogueHow programmes are run
Sessions and projects begin with a request from a ward, school, health post or community group, not with a plan brought in from outside.
Programmes are designed with the people who will host and maintain them, which is why HISCUS returns to the same communities across different kinds of work.
Relief work is expected to leave infrastructure behind: a water tank, an access path, a protective wall.

Each project page carries its own dates, locations and reported figures.
