The Sarangkot Nestling Home was completed on 13 April 2018 and has been operated since in partnership with The Nestling Trust UK. It sits on a hillside above the valley, with the home, its grounds and its access route developed together rather than as separate pieces of work.

As reported for 2025, eleven girls are supported at the home, and two young people who grew up there have progressed into higher education and careers.

HISCUS publishes no personal histories, names or identifying detail about the children at the home. Photography is limited to place-based and consented material.
